Ganguly turns to SRK for rescue

New Delhi: Sourav Ganguly met Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai earlier on Saturday.

Even though the two were there for a promotional event for the Knight Riders, sources have told CNN-IBN that the duo discussed the captaincy issue that has sparked off a huge debate.

Knight Riders coach John Buchanan had dropped a bombshell when he had told the media that Ganguly wont be the only captain, but the team would have multiple captains during the IPL tournament in South Africa.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ganguly were seen speaking to each other through the entire shoot although it wasn't clear if they discussed the captaincy issue.

Ganguly who landed in Mumbai earlier on Saturday refused to comment.
