Shah Rukh Khan 'fans' in Delhi burn effigies of Thackerays

The day started with slow motion but soon it caught grip despite threatening from the Shiv Sainiks. Fun Multiplex at Andheri was the first to welcome Shahrukh Khan's die hard fans. Morning shows was cancelled but they screened the film at the afternoon show. As time passed by the threats of Shiv Sainiks ceased down and 13 cinema halls in Mumbai screened the film. All the theatres showed house full.

13 cinema halls were provided heavy security. Many Shiv Sena activists were taken under custody for creating ruckus outside the cinema hall and for pelting stones. The film was scheduled to release in 63 halls but many cinema owners stepped back after Shiv Sena threats.

Fan showed that they are not feared of those threatening calls and with full force walked down to their nearest cinema hall. In support of Shahrukh Khan, actors Puja Bedi and her father Kabir Bedi came out to watch the movie.

Whatever, it's Shahrukh and his fans victory over Shiv Sainiks.
