Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan on Saturday wished Master Sachin Tendulkar on his 37th birthday.
"Happy Birthday Sachin! Hope your fingers heal soon." Khan wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter.
It is uncertain if Tendulkar would play Sunday's IPL final against Chennai Super Kings since he injured his palm during the semi final. There seems no stopping the "God of Cricket", who, even after a career spanning 20 years, is at the top of his game. In the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), he was on Friday declared the best batsman.
The top scorer of the tournament, Tendulkar has scored 570 runs in 14 matches. He has scored five half centuries. The master batsman has also been named best batsman and best captain in the Viewers' Choice category.
Khan, who hosted the IPL awards on Friday, along with karan Johar, said he could not stay back because he had a shoot in the morning. "(I have) been shooting action. Every part of my anatomy hurts. Action does speak much louder than words and it says 'OUCH & OOH'," he Tweeted about an hour ago.
