Shah Rukh Khan has admitted that he left Twitter because fans on the micro-blogging site ask "crazy questions".
The actor was accused by some followers of only using the site to promote his films, The Times of India reports.
However, Khan said that his main reason for leaving was because he dislikes social interaction.
He said: "It has been happening since 20 years and it happened even during my interactions on Twitter.
"But I am socially inept, I don't know how to handle relationships and am not very good at dealing with such questions and therefore I thought it would be best to quit."
The My Name is Khan star last tweeted in January to show followers a poster for Ra One.
