Superstar Shah Rukh has recently endorsed Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures real estate project 'The Royal Estate'.
The aesthetic and plush 2.3 million square feet gated community located in Dubai Investments Park features 2000 units comprising of apartments, villas, boutique retail spaces, an office complex and a luxury hotel all of which will exude the trademark Shah Rukh Khan grandeur.
On the occasion of the announcement the superstar said, "Everyone's story begins in their home and no home is less than a kingdom for its residents. Project sales will commence on August 7, 2014 and Phase 1 of the project comprising of 400 units shall be delivered during the first quarter of 2016. Apartment units start at AED 450,000 and townhouses from AED 1.6 million onwards.
